What if my magazine issue doesn't arrive?
Please be aware that certain factors, most usually adverse weather conditions, can affect the delivery of your magazine. Even if weather in your area is not impacted, your magazine may be if it is distributed from an affected area. If such weather conditions do occur we ask that you please allow an extra few days for delivery. Please be aware that on such occasions we also experience increased volumes of calls and e-mails into our Customer Services Centre. Unfortunately this may result in increased waiting times. If we become aware of any potential delivery delays we will send out an e-mail to all affected subscribers informing them of the delay. Where can i find my subscriber number?
Your subscriber number may be up to 12 numbers, possibly with zeros at the beginning. If there are any letters appended to the number, please ignore them. The subscription number will appear on your magazine address label or polythene wrapping and any other correspondence you may have received from us. If you can't find your subscription number anywhere, please contact us.
How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address at Account. If you already have an Account on TSLShop, simply Log In and change your details. In order to create an Account, you need your Subscription Number and email address. Once logged in Click ‘change my details’ and add/amend your email address. How will you acknowledge my magazine subscription order?
An email acknowledgement of your magazine subscription order will be sent to you almost immediately once you place your order. This will confirm to you the details of what you have bought, the address or addresses to which the issues will be sent and details of when the subscription will start.
How secure are my credit card details?
All the information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our internet pages.
How do I renew my magazine subscription?
If you pay for your subscription by cheque or credit card, we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. You can either renew at www.tslshop.co.uk/renew or complete and return the renewal form you receive with payment or call our Credit Card hotline on UK - 0844 543 0064, International - +44 (0) 1604 251043. Please note if you pay by Direct Debit you do not need to renew your subscription as your contract will continue until you cancel it.
How do I change my address?
You can change your address online in your Account area. Alternatively you can write to the Subscription Department, McGowan House, Waterside Way, NORTHAMPTON, NN4 7XD or call UK - 0844 543 0064, International - +44 (0) 1604 251043. You may also email us at help@tslshop.co.uk
What if a magazine arrives damaged?
Simply contact one of our Customer Services team on UK - 0844 543 0064, International - +44 (0) 1604 251043 and they will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.
How long does it take for magazines to arrive outside the United Kingdom?
Speed of delivery to subscribers outside the UK depends on the quality of service provided by the various organisations along the way. The following airmail delivery times should be calculated from the date the magazine is published and are approximate: Europe - 3/5 days. Middle East/Africa/Asia/North and South America - 6/10 days. Asia-Pacific/Australasia - 11/15 days.
What is the price in USD$?
Prices will be converted by your Credit Card company at the current rate of exchange. This rate will fluctuate.
